The best time to have a Photo booth is either during cocktail hour or after dinner. During cocktail hour guests are mingling and it helps fill downtime and keeps guests entertained. After dinner the formalities are done are guests are relaxed and ready to have fun!
We require an 8x8 ft and an 8' height clearance for the backdrop. If your venue is smaller, we will do our best to compact our booth as best as possible.
While we always recommend placing the Photo Booth indoors for the best lighting and reliability, we understand that's not always possible, especially at outdoor venues. We have a few requirements for outdoor setups should you choose to have your Photo Booth outdoors. The ground must be level, reasonable distance to a power source, and an inclement weather plan which is discussed prior to your event.
Your gallery will be ready to view within 48 hours after your event—sometimes even sooner! We’ll send you a private link where you and your guests can download, share, and laugh all over again at your favorite moments.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own scrapbook; however, please note that additional fees will apply as our standard print package includes one print per person in each photo for unlimited sessions.
Our attendant will not be responsible for managing, completing, or keeping track of personal scrapbooks brought to the event.
If you’d like a fully managed experience, we offer a scrapbook add-on where our attendant takes care of everything—from collecting photo strips to encouraging guests to leave notes—so you can enjoy a polished keepsake without the hassle.
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and officially book your photo booth.
Your date isn’t reserved until we receive your deposit and signed contract.
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event.
If you prefer to pay in cash, please contact us in advance so we can make the proper arrangements. We’re happy to accommodate when notified ahead of time!
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit and debit cards, and PayPal (please note: a service fee applies to PayPal transactions).
Checks are only accepted for corporate and school events with prior approval.
We understand that plans can change. Please note that the 25% deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your event date and prevents other bookings.
However, we’re happy to apply your deposit toward a future event within one year, as long as we have availability on the new date.
For events that are canceled or rescheduled within 5 days of the scheduled event, no refunds will be issued, but any balance paid beyond the deposit may still be applied to a future event.

Of course! Set-up and breakdown are included in the package. This does not affect your rental time.
We typically arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled start time, depending on the package and backdrop selected.
Some premium or custom backdrops may require additional setup time, and we always plan accordingly to ensure everything is ready before your start time.
Yes, we offer an early setup option for an additional fee. This allows us to begin setting up as soon as venue access is granted, ensuring everything is perfectly ready before your scheduled start time.
Please note, the photo booth will only be available for use during your booked event time. Some exclusions apply.
For weddings, we recommend booking as early as possible—many couples reserve their date 6–12 months in advance.
Peak seasons and popular dates fill up quickly, so securing your booth early ensures availability and gives you plenty of time to customize your experience. Last-minute bookings are welcome if we have openings—just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
